LEVRTEK 1D
LEVRTEK 1D Help
Stock, cut, length and remnant planning for one-dimensional material.
Getting started
- What LEVRTEK 1D doesLEVRTEK 1D compares feasible one-dimensional cutting plans using the stock, required pieces and settings you enter.
- Your first cut planStart with one material group, add the stock you actually have, then enter every required piece before comparing alternatives.
- Working without an accountBasic planning remains available without signing in and stays local to this device until you deliberately use an account workflow.
Job setup
- Stock and compatibility groupsMaterial groups organise compatible stock and required pieces so only bars that can satisfy a group are planned together.
- Required piecesEach row records the finished piece demand, not a workshop shortcut. Quantity, finished length and end-treatment details all matter.
- End treatments and mitresEvery required piece has independent left and right end treatments. This page covers setting them, what the sign means, and how they appear on the cut plan.
- Profile orientationProfile orientation matters when a section can be flipped or rotated, but the planner only enables options the current domain support actually allows.
- Changeover penaltyOperation times used to compare executable workshop sequences.
Cut plans
- Comparing plan optionsComparison is where you choose the trade-off you actually want before applying a plan.
- Reading a cut planA cut plan is a reviewable layout of stock, trims, kerfs, pieces and remnants for the selected alternative.
- Net and gross yieldYield numbers are reported, not guessed. Review which basis is being shown before comparing one plan with another.
- Labels, PDF and sharingPrint, PDF and share flows depend on the current selected plan and any workspace capability gates that apply.
Stock
- The stock libraryThe stock library is the governed workspace view of stocked or catalogue-backed materials, separate from anonymous planner rows.
- Costing and massCost and mass fields help planning review, but they stay bounded by the current workspace’s pricing access and configuration.
- Importing supplier stockSupplier imports start with a dry-run and stay reviewable before any canonical write is confirmed.
