Basic planning remains available without signing in and stays local to this device until you deliberately use an account workflow.
Local planning
Anonymous planning keeps your current job on this device and does not require a workspace. That keeps quick calculations fast and accessible without turning basic direct use into an account requirement.
Governed actions
Workspace-only actions such as governed imports, billing, shared plan publishing, team administration and other server-backed flows stay gated. When you reach one of those flows, the interface explains whether the blocker is account, role, plan or server readiness.
