What it counts
The optimiser prices the scheduled blade passes, stop and angle changes, loading, unloading and physical handling. The legacy changeover penalty supplies only the stop-change and angle-change defaults. Workshop instructions and estimated time use the same sequence.
Choosing a weight
Each operation time is a non-negative number of estimated minutes per operation. Enter measured workshop times when available. Defaults are illustrative; job overrides are saved with the draft. Speed compares the complete estimated sequence and includes extra parking and reloading when batching across bars.
