Print, PDF and share flows depend on the current selected plan and any workspace capability gates that apply.
Exports and prints
Labels and cut-list exports read from the selected plan and its accepted totals. Print-all flows should include the related parts and remnants for that plan rather than whichever tab happened to be open last.
Public sharing
A public share is a server-authoritative read-only copy. Cloning stages a local or workspace copy and never edits the sender’s original job. Expired and revoked links remain unavailable until a new share is published.
