The stock library is the governed workspace view of stocked or catalogue-backed materials, separate from anonymous planner rows.
Aggregate vs exact bars
Aggregate inventory rows summarise a material, while exact bars carry their own identity, availability and reservation state. The library can explain those states without fabricating exact stock when the workspace has no connected records.
Using stock in a job
Adding stock to a planner job should preserve the distinction between governed inventory and local planning rows. Selecting a bar for a job is not the same as silently completing a reservation or stock movement.
